Aaron Vaight solved his problems from earlier in the week winning race 2 and the Minty Shield, which is always a hotly contested event with drivers lined up in a closed grid and positions determined from points scored during the Manx Open and reversed. Aaron upheld tradition by running around the banked track with chequered flag and the Minty Shield held high.
