Jaks Bar kindly sponsored Sunday afternoon’s stock car meeting.
The Window Wizard Junior Rods were first out on track contesting the first of three rounds for their Sword of State, #10 Kian Staniford made a quick start and continued on to take the chequered and his maiden victory, #825 Cian Peers took second ahead of #41 Nicole Astell-Burt, #58 Rio Osborne and #26 Shannon Moore.
Kian Staniford went on to claim the honours in race two after holding off challenges from Cian Peers and Rio Osborne who took second and third respectively, Nicole Astell-Burt took fourth with Shannon Moore 5th.
Race three had to be restarted after a collision between Cian Peers and Rio Osborne. Kian Staniford went on to take his third victory of the afternoon followed by Cian Peers, Rio Osborne, Nicole Astell-Burt and shannon Moore.
Making it four from four Kian won the final race of the day for the overall honours, Cian was second followed by Rio, Shannon and Nicole.
The Jaks Bar trophies were awarded to 1: Kian Staniford 2: Cian Peers and 3: Rio Osborne.

The Swift Motors Production Rods were next out contesting the first of three meetings for their Dagger of Honour. #357 Jamie Turnbull made a quick start and looked set to take the chequered flag until #101 Mike Savino came through on the last lap and took the honours ahead of Turnbull, #337 Steve Luton, #538 Ian Kneale, #12 Tommy Atkins and #53 Josh Ffrench.
Mike Savino again took the honours in race two followed by Steve Luton, Jamie Turnbull, Josh Ffrench, Ian Kneale and Tommy Atkins.
Race three saw Mike Savino take the lead on lap four to claim another victory ahead of Jamie Turnbull, Josh Ffrench, Ian Kneale, Steve Luton and Tommy Atkins.
Race four saw Jamie Turnbull lead the first half before Mike Savino came through to take the chequered flag ahead of Jamie, Josh took third followed by Steve and Ian, a collision with the fence left Tommy out of the race.

The A&J Butchers Bangers were last out on track with plenty of action to entertain the crowd, which saw the start of the Bangers Sword of State to be held over the final three meetings of the season.
Race one had to be restarted after a first lap collision with #171 Ryan Edmunds, #666 Nick Collister and #728 Tom Westbrook losing a wheel. #398 Charlie Sigley lead the restarted race until he hit the fence hard ending his race, #16 Gary Crellin went on to win the restarted race from #23 Jemma Moore, #77 Robert Hooper and #24 Lee Jordan who suffered car trouble and limped around to score some points.
Race two saw another restart after Tom Westbrook lost a wheel on the opening lap, Lee Jordan went on to lead the restarted race ahead of Robert Hooper, Jemma Moore and Gary Crellin who encounted mechanical issues.
Race three saw another complete restart after a collision involving Tom Westbrook, Nick Collister, Robert Hooper and Grant Crellin left Tom Westbrook on his roof, who got out of his car to the applause of the crowd. Jemma Moore went on to lead the restarted race claiming the honours ahead of Lee Jordan and Gary Crellin.
The Jaks trophies were awarded to 1: Jemma Moore, 2: Lee Jordan and 3: Garry Crellin.

Racing resumes next Sunday 20thSeptember at 2pm featuring the Junior Rods, Production Rods and Bangers contesting round two of the Sword of State and Dagger of Honour championships.
